- Partner with Regional Directors & GMs to deliver EBITDA and performance targets
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning across multiple sites
- Provide insightful analysis, variance reporting, and commercial recommendations
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable business insights
- Drive cost optimisation and performance improvement initiatives
- Deliver monthly performance packs and support strategic decisions
What you bring:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong experience in finance business partnering (senior stakeholders)
- Background in multi-site, hospitality, or leisure (preferred)
- Advanced Excel & financial modelling skills
