You will work directly with franchise business owners across a designated territory to drive commercial growth, optimise operational performance, and improve customer engagement. The role combines strategic account management, consultative sales, operational advisory, and data-driven growth planning within a fast-paced tech and hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen long-term commercial relationships with franchise partners
- Drive order growth and overall account performance across the territory
- Advise partners on operational excellence, customer service, and efficiency improvements
- Analyse account and performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimise strategy
- Support adoption of new tools, initiatives, and operational solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal commercial and operational teams
- Manage territory planning and field engagement activities
