Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Product Manager in delivering the product vision and managing the backlog for creative technology solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of a roadmap covering new features, releases, and system integrations.
  • Oversee the effective use of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, including governance, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Support business teams in adopting new tools by facilitating workshops, defining requirements, and creating user stories.
  • Provide guidance on DAM best practices such as metadata structures, tagging, retention, and rights management.
  • Participate in planning cycles and collaborate with delivery teams during sprint activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external technology partners to ensure tools remain competitive and effective.
  • Ensure asset management technologies comply with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation of broader marketing technology strategies and initiatives.

Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience with digital asset management platforms (e.g., Adobe AEM Assets or similar) and their integration within marketing ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with dynamic creative optimisation platforms (such as Innovid or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • Exposure to integration and automation tools (e.g., iPaaS solutions like Adobe Fusion) is desirable.
  • Broader experience across marketing technologies (e.g., workflow tools, personalisation platforms, creative tools) is beneficial.
  • Proven experience managing products within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks; familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in cross-functional, matrixed organisations.
  • Interest in media and technology sectors.
