An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support financial data integrity, reporting automation, and process improvements within a global Finance Operations team. The role focuses on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, data pipelines, financial systems integration, and analytics to improve month-end reporting and operational efficiency.
Задачи:
- Analyse financial data flows between ERP systems and connected reporting platforms.
- Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines and structured datasets.
- Improve month-end close processes through automation and data analysis.
- Build automated dashboards and reporting frameworks for financial KPIs.
- Establish data quality standards, validation controls, and data dictionaries.
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Data teams to improve reporting accuracy.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Evaluate AI, automation, and process mining opportunities.
- Support financial data governance and master data management.
- Mentor colleagues and promote data literacy across finance teams.
Требования:
- Strong experience in data analysis, transformation, and reporting within finance or e-commerce environments.
- Understanding of financial accounting processes and Record-to-Report (R2R) operations.
- Advanced SQL, BigQuery, and spreadsheet skills.
- Experience with financial ERP systems such as Workday Finance or equivalent.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, data extraction, and automated dashboards.
- Experience with consolidation platforms such as OneStream.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and financial controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
