Key Responsibilities
- Define and own technical strategy across client engagements

- Mentor and grow a team of engineers and developers
- Collaborate with design and strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where valuable
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance across all deliverables
Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years in technical leadership roles within agencies or product companies
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and AI/ML integration
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on ability combined with strategic thinking
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies
