Kick-start your career in business operations. Sota is looking for a motivated Business Operations Apprentice to join our busy team. If you are successful, you will support our procurement, provisioning, and sales administration activities while completing the Business Administration Apprenticeship (Level 3).

You’ll gain hands-on experience across supplier coordination, purchase orders, contract administration, and order processing, building the skills needed to progress into a Procurement or Provisioning Officer role. No previous procurement experience is required as full training will be provided.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support purchase order processing and order tracking
  • Maintain supplier and contract records
  • Assist with end-to-end provisioning and goods in/out
  • Work with sales, finance, and technical teams to support order fulfilment
  • Help monitor the sales admin inbox and respond to routine enquiries
  • Track sales orders using systems such as Exchequer, Prospect, and HALO
  • Follow procurement policies and learn the importance of compliance
  • Complete all apprenticeship training and development activities

  • Comfortable juggling tasks and following processes

Experience & Qualifications:
  • English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or willingness to complete Functional Skills)
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship
  • Desirable: Any experience in administration, customer service, or an organised environment
