About SOTASOTA: Building the Future of AI Content for enterprises. Backed by Europe’s top VCs, and with a team from Meta, Google, Amazon, Revolut and Private Equity, we’re building the future of marketing content. While consumer attention moves faster than ever, the way companies create, test, and scale marketing content is still slow, manual, and fragmented. SOTA is an AI powered content technology company helping teams generate, adapt, and deploy high-performing content at scale without sacrificing quality or brand voice.
We’re an early stage, fast growing company with strong early traction, working at the intersection of AI, creativity, and growth. We operate with high standards, high ownership, and a strong bias toward execution.
We’re hiring a Sales & Strategy Associate to work directly with the founding team on our highest-priority revenue and growth initiatives. This is a full time generalist role with a sharp commercial edge ideal for someone who wants to learn how to build, sell, and scale a category defining AI company. The learning curve is steep, the pace is intense, and the impact is real.
The Role: This is a full time role with a 3 month trial period. As a Sales & Strategy Associate, you’ll work at the intersection of sales execution, GTM strategy, ops, and data. You’ll work directly with the founders to figure out:
- Who we should be selling to
- How we reach them
- What messaging actually lands
- What converts into revenue, and why
This is a hands on role. You’ll help define the strategy and execute it. Outreach, systems, analysis, iteration are all part of the job. If you want exposure to how sales and strategy really work in an early stage AI startup, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Growth & Expansion: Help design and build scalable sales and GTM systems from zero. Research new customer segments, verticals, and expansion opportunities. Test new growth channels, measure impact, and iterate quickly. Document processes, systems, and learnings so the team can move faster as it scales.
- Sales Execution: Reach out directly to prospects and help build and manage pipeline. Support live sales conversations, follow ups, and deal progression. Partner closely with sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and close rates. Help refine sales messaging based on real customer conversations.
- Revenue & GTM Strategy: Help define ICPs, segmentation, and core sales positioning. Turn revenue targets into clear sales and go to market plans. Launch, test, and iterate outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, experiments). Support pricing, packaging, and offer experimentation.
- Data & Insights: Track outreach, pipeline, and funnel performance end-to-end. Analyse results to identify what’s working, what’s not, and why. Turn data into actionable insights and concrete recommendations. Feed learnings back into sales strategy, GTM execution, and product decisions.
Who You Are:
- Have high agency, think like an owner with entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-expectation environments (consulting, finance, early stage startups).
- Curious, commercially minded, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Extremely organised, data aware: SQL, Python, and automation knowledge a plus.
- Confident reaching out, experimenting, and learning in public.
- Thrives in fast moving, early stage environments.
- You don’t need years of experience. You do need ownership, energy, and a bias toward action.
This Is Great If You Want To:
- Be part of one of the fastest growing tech startups in London.
- Work directly with founders and decision-makers.
- Learn how sales strategy is built and executed in an AI startup.
- Build real skills across sales, ops, and analytics.
- Take on responsibility quickly and grow with the company.
- Become a founder later on in your career.
Why SOTA:
- Early-stage with real traction: your work directly shapes product, GTM, and company direction.
- Direct access to founders: learn how decisions actually get made.
- High ownership from day one: real responsibility, not busywork.
- Fast learning curve across AI, sales, strategy, and growth.
- Small, ambitious, low-ego team that moves fast and cares about outcomes.
- Strong backing and real resources: proper tooling, infrastructure, and support.
- Competitive salary + meaningful equity: you share in the upside.
- Access to top-tier network of founders, operators, and investors.
If you want to sell, think strategically, and help build a company from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you. No bots. No auto-filters.
