Sstrene Grene is looking for an Area Visual Merchandiser to support our stores within the North-West, Yorkshire & the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to bring creativity, commercial thinking, and visual storytelling to a fast-growing and much-loved brand.
As an Area Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering the overall visual expression of both new and existing stores across the region. Working closely with Store and Area Managers, you will ensure our visual standards remain high and ensure our stores offer an inspiring, ever-changing experience for customers. Where others simply see products, you see creative solutions and beautiful possibilities. With passion, imagination, and strong merchandising expertise, you will transform our products into inspiring displays that engage customers and support commercial performance.
This role is 40 hours per week, with frequent travel across the areas mentioned. You must be within a reasonable distance to one of our stores within the area as your base location.
Responsibilities:- Ensuring all stores consistently represent the Sstrene Grene brand to a high standard.
- Refreshing window displays and Spot areas weekly in line with our ever-changing company value.
- Planning and building creative, inspiring, and commercially effective displays.
- Implementing weekly Drops and visual elements according to company guidelines.
- Creating visually attractive solutions to promote sell-through and clear slow sellers.
- Using sales reports and insights to influence commercial product displays.
- Supporting Store and Area Managers to drive KPIs through effective visual merchandising.
- Providing monthly feedback to store teams on displays, product performance, and visual execution.
- Maintaining strong awareness of current retail and visual trends.
- Supporting new store builds.
- Building strong relationships with store teams to foster creativity and collaboration.
- Supporting with stock deliveries, replenishment, and ensuring procedures are followed.
- Acting as a role model for strong teamwork and communication.
- Keyholder responsibilities as required.
