Do you love retail, have experience merchandising and replenishing stock, have excellent customer service skills and enjoy a varied and busy role in a fast‑paced retail business? Then Sstrene Grene is looking for you as a Supervisor in our new store in Manchester Arndale shopping centre! We have two Supervisor roles: 2 × 30‑hour contracts. Previous experience in a Supervisor role is preferable.
Other Retail Responsibilities Include:
- Processing deliveries
- Sign writing
- Lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, taking responsibility for day‑to‑day operations, stock replenishment, delegating tasks and monitoring store figures.
- Responsible for opening and closing the store when management are not in.
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards through replenishment.
- Keeping everything tidy and clean, on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
- Be actively involved in merchandising displays and areas around the store.
- Successful candidates will show strong organisational skills and have previous experience in a fast‑paced company.
- A responsible approach and excellent communication skills so you can provide your colleagues with feedback to help develop themselves and the store.
- Assisting with deliveries and stockroom duties.
- Maintaining health, hygiene, and safety standards whilst on shift.
- You’ll play a key role in coaching and motivating team members.
- Being a confident communicator who understands how to engage and motivate others.
- Flexible in availability, with the ability to work both weekdays and weekends, as well as early and late shifts.
This is a fully flexible position which will include working evenings & weekends.
