Job Type: Full time – 40 hours
You will usually work according to a 14-day schedule, rotating between various stores and therefore will not have a fixed office location. Travel to store (openings etc.) as and when is needed in the business.

In the team, we work every day to ensure that Anna & Clara’s wonderful world is reflected in all our stores. We are a team that takes pride in renewal and development, which is why we are always looking for ways to do things differently. Renewal starts from within, and therefore we value creativity and innovation in an ever-changing world. The team travels across Europe for new store openings and follows up on visual merchandising in existing stores.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring that our stores, both new and existing, operate in alignment with Søstrene Grene’s visual guidelines and concept
- Participating in store openings as a visual merchandising expert, providing hands-on guidance and support
- Offering practical assistance to store managers and visual merchandisers in creating inspiring product displays
- Collaborating and sparring with our Sisters in stores to continuously develop and refine visual merchandising
- Working closely with local visual merchandisers and store teams to maintain a consistent and beautiful expression
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions for Sisters to strengthen visual merchandising skills
- Sharing inspiring photos on Sisterhood (our intranet) from both storefronts and in-store displays
- Following up on product performance and key figures to ensure visual concepts support sales
- Making sure all visual merchandisers understand and follow our VM manuals and guidelines
- Conducting store reviews and following up to maintain high standards
- Handling administrative tasks such as planning, reporting, and documentation
Your profile:
We are looking for a profile with a visual merchandising education background and experience from the field with a similar position. Furthermore, we expect that:
