Are you full of festive spirit, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and available to work flexibly throughout the Christmas season? Then Søstrene Grene is looking for you as a Christmas Temporary Store Assistant in our store! As a Store Assistant, you\’ll contribute towards helping customers discover the magic of Søstrene Grene during our busiest and most exciting time of the year. With a strong focus on shelf replenishment and till operation, you\’ll help keep our store running smoothly from first decorations to final festive sales.

About the role:

As a Christmas Temp Store Assistant, you\’ll support the team through the busy retail peak. You\’ll help create a calm, welcoming atmosphere and make sure our shelves are stocked and our tills keep moving. Your key tasks will include:

  • Operating the cash register, greeting each customer with a smile and ensuring they have a memorable experience.
  • Supporting customers with product queries and helping them find festive favorites.
  • Keeping shelves well-stocked and inviting, showcasing our products.
  • Ensuring the store is tidy, inviting, and feels like a little moment of \”hygge\” for every visitor.
  • Assisting with deliveries and stockroom duties.

We\’re looking for enthusiastic team players who are:

  • Available to work across the full Christmas period, including weekends.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and ready to get stuck in from day one.
  • Comfortable with a fast pace and happy doing hands-on tasks like moving stock or manning a busy till.
  • Friendly and helpful – ready to spread a little \”Hygge\” through exceptional customer service.
  • Able to pick things up quickly – we\’ll support you, but training time is limited.
