Sostrene Grene is looking for you as an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in our wonderful store in Canary Wharf! This is an exciting and varied job in a beautiful ambience and dynamic environment.
As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the store and supporting the Store Manager in the overall commercial success of the store. You will set a high example for your team and be pivotal in creating a great team spirit in store.
Responsibilities- Supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of running a successful store
- Creating a welcoming environment for customers in the store
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring the Sostrene Grene brand image is always showcased with outstanding visual merchandising and shop floor standards
- Keeping a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the store
- Motivating staff members to meet and surpass targets
- Creating and maintaining a great team spirit in store
- Stock room management and processing deliveries
- Training new and existing staff members
- Assuming full responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is absent
