As a Store Assistant in our store, you’ll represent our wonderful brand, helping to create a beautiful ambient and dynamic environment. In this varied and hands on role, you’ll work alongside a team that shares a passion for supporting and celebrating each other, making work feel less like work. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service whilst ensuring that our store always looks its best.

About the job
As a Store Assistant your role is to coordinate the day‑to‑day tasks that keep our store running smoothly. Your primary tasks will include:
Providing excellent customer service and operating the cash register, greeting each customer with a smile and ensuring they have a memorable experience.
Keeping shelves well‑stocked and inviting, showcasing our products.
Contributing towards reaching sales targets by staying informed and connected to product knowledge.
Performing hands‑on tasks, such as moving products and boxes, while maintaining a clean and organized store.
Assisting with deliveries and stockroom duties.
Collaborating with the Visual Merchandisers to create inspiring store displays.
