We have a variety of part-time contracts available, ranging from 6 to 12 hours per week. As the festive season is our busiest time of year, we are looking for team members who can be flexible and support the team when needed. Therefore, availability to work daytime, evening and weekend shifts in accordance with the monthly rota will be required. This is a temporary role for the festive season and the fixed term contract will end on 31st December 2026.
To help bring this special time of year to life, we are looking for Seasonal Store Assistants who enjoy creating beautiful store experiences and delivering warm, attentive customer service. As a Seasonal Store Assistant at Søstrene Grene, you will support the team with the day-to-day running of the store throughout the festive season. Whether serving customers at the till, replenishing stock or helping to create inspiring displays, you will play an important part in bringing Anna and Clara's wonderful world to life.
Together with your colleagues, you will help create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience during our busiest and most magical time of year. You will also:
- Maintain exceptional housekeeping and visual merchandising standards throughout the store, helping create a beautiful and inspiring festive shopping environment.
- Deliver warm, friendly customer service and operate the tills, ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable visit.
- Support the creation and maintenance of our creative displays, showcasing seasonal collections and wonderful new arrivals.
- Unpack and process deliveries, ensuring the store is always filled with inspiring products and festive finds.
- Engage with customers and help them discover products that make their celebrations and gift-giving extra special.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through strong product knowledge and a passion for helping customers find exactly what they're looking for.
- Write our handwritten signs to give the store and shopping experience a personal touch (don't worry, we'll help you master Anna and Clara's handwriting style!).
- Play an important role in bringing Søstrene Grene’s values to life and creating the warm, welcoming atmosphere our customers love.
