We are seeking a talented SEO Manager to join our award-winning team. Sosemo is a well-established, start-up digital marketing agency that specializes in managing social, search and mobile marketing services. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial-spirited, highly detail-oriented, and have exceptional problem-solving skills along with prior SEO and management experience, preferably at an agency. Paid Search and Media experience is a plus.
Our office is located at 26 Broadway. In addition to working with a stellar team, our office has beautiful common areas, monthly events, and free snacks and coffee. Please note: our office is following all CDC and state guidelines. Fully remote employees located outside New York City will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and analysis
- Provide search engine accessibility consulting
- Provide optimization recommendations for site content
- Develop and execute link building strategies
- Execute blogger outreach programs
- Demonstrate value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports
- Research and keep up on industry trends
- Develop new SEO services and refine processes
- Manage and develop junior resources
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
- Must have an adequate number of LinkedIn endorsements for SEO
- Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Must be highly detail-oriented
- Must have basic knowledge of web technologies
- Must have working knowledge of social networking sites, search engines, and app stores
- 4-6 years of experience managing SEO campaigns
- Prior team management experience
- Health and pharmaceutical experience is a plus
