We are Sosandar. Based in Wilmslow, Cheshire, we’re one of the UK’s fastest growing online fashion brands for chic and stylish customers; worn by celebs and influencers galore. We have an amazing opportunity for someone equally as amazing to join our growing team as a Buyers Admin Assistant. The Buyers Admin Assistant job role is to provide full and highly administrative support to the fashion Buying/Design team. This is what you’ll do: Create and maintain the critical path from booked date to ex factory date, ensuring the smooth running of the whole fashion buying cycle. Running weekly CP meetings and feeding back on product status to the wider team. Product and order creation in our buying system, data entry of product attribution. Prepare the fit rails in advance of fit sessions, manage fit schedule for week ahead alongside garment tech using our fit log. Attend fit sessions, record comments in our fit log marketing, press and online. Chase photoshoot samples and align with our ecom team to ensure we meet monthly deadlines for styling and photoshoot days. Maintain the sample library, ensure sample storage is tidy and organised. Complete regular competitive shops and report back to wider team to provide a good knowledge and understanding of competitors. Create fashion trend boards for seasonal strategy meetings, aligning with buyer and designer on trend direction. Take notes in buyer meetings and circulate. Who we’re looking for: Enthusiastic, highly organised team player, with strong communication skills. Someone with great attention to detail and a keen eye for fashion. A willingness to support the Buying Design team in sample management and all admin related tasks. A desire to progress within the Fashion Buying Industry.
