Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
- Shape and head the Developer Experience (DevEx) function as a first-class internal platform, defining its mission, scope and operating model.
- Build a strong, inclusive team culture with sustainable delivery practices and clear ways of working.
- Enable engineering teams to ship faster and more reliably by improving developer workflows, tooling and standards.
- Drive adoption and evolution of a unified Design System across engineering and design, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Translate company and engineering strategy into a clear, outcome-driven DevEx roadmap.
- Build strong partnerships with Product, Design, Security and other Platform teams to maximize impact across the organization.

- You’re familiar with - or excited to work with - the following areas: Modern software engineering ecosystems (backend and/or frontend), e.g. Node.js, React, containerized applications; Cloud-native architectures and platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or similar; Developer workflows and tooling, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and GitHub-based workflows; Emerging AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Cursor, GitHub Copilot, workflow automation, developer agents).
