This role reports to our SVP of Global Sales, and works in close partnership with our CRO, who is based in the UK and deeply involved in this work. You will also collaborate closely with GTM leaders across Marketing and Customer Success, with a number of team members already based in or dedicated to the UK market, ensuring strong local context.
You bring a strong understanding of the UKI market and are comfortable operating in ambiguity. Rather than inheriting an established structure, you enjoy shaping direction through handsâon execution. If you are motivated by impact, autonomy, and meaningful shortâterm outcomes, this role is for you.
Your MissionYou will be responsible for leading a focused commercial discovery phase for the UKI market, with the goal of informing SoSafe's future investment and goâtoâmarket approach.
In this role, you will:
- Drive market discovery across the UKI region through direct customer, prospect, and partner engagement
- Validate ICPs, segments, and buying dynamics through live opportunities and commercial conversations
- Test and refine product positioning and value propositions inâmarket
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to understand enablers and constraints
- Generate and analyse real pipeline, deal, and feedback data
- Translate insights into a clear, dataâbacked ROI and GTM recommendation for senior leadership
Senior commercial experience, within B2B SaaS or technologyâled environments
Strong sales background, complemented by exposure to marketing, customer success and partner ecosystems
Experience working in scaling companies or earlyâstage market environments
Strong understanding of the UKI market and its commercial dynamics
Comfortable operating without established playbooks and navigating ambiguity
Able to balance strategic thinking with handsâon execution
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders internally and externally
