Your Mission
Your mission is to make SoSafe deployable, trustworthy, and extensible within the enterprise security ecosystem. Security-conscious organisations don't just evaluate our content when they buy- they evaluate our architecture, and they form their first impression through our demos. This role owns the capabilities that determine whether SoSafe passes a procurement security review, whether IT teams can provision thousands of users without friction, whether our platform embeds seamlessly into the tools enterprises already rely on, and whether Sales and Solutions Engineering can run compelling, reliable demonstrations that reflect what production actually looks like.
You will own the product areas that form SoSafe's enterprise control plane: how users are provisioned and managed, how identities are authenticated, how access is governed across roles and organisational structures, how external systems connect with our platform through a well-designed extensibility surface, and the demo infrastructure that underpins our go-to-market motion. These are not background concerns- they are active drivers of deal velocity, customer retention, and platform growth.
This is a high-impact role with cross-functional visibility, sitting at the intersection of product strategy, enterprise sales, and technical architecture. This is a commercial role, as you will set the direction for capabilities that directly influence whether enterprise organisations choose SoSafe, stay with SoSafe, and expand their use of SoSafe.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for SoSafe's platform capabilities: user and identity management, authentication, access control, platform extensibility, and demo infrastructure.
- Own the roadmap for enterprise-critical features including SCIM-based user provisioning, SSO/SAML, role-based access control (RBAC), and our external API and integration surface, balancing immediate enterprise requirements with long-term platform scalability.
- Own SoSafe's demo infrastructure, the environments, tooling, and configuration management that Sales and Solutions Engineering rely on to run credible enterprise demonstrations. Ensure demo environments are stable, production-representative, easy to provision and reset, and kept current with product releases so that what prospects see reflects what they'll get.
- Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to understand procurement blockers, security review patterns, and enterprise deployment challenges, and translate these into a roadmap that accelerates deal velocity and reduces time-to-value to deliver commercial impact.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Security and Technical Program Management to deliver reliable, compliant platform capabilities that IT and security teams trust to deploy at scale.
- Define SoSafe's platform extensibility strategy, the API surface, integration patterns, partner ecosystem, and developer experience that enable customers and technology partners to embed SoSafe into their wider security stack.
- Work with Product Marketing and GTM teams to articulate SoSafe's enterprise-readiness story, support pre-sales security reviews, and contribute to RFP responses.
- Establish performance metrics for platform capabilities and quantify their impact on enterprise conversion, deployment speed, and expansion.
- Ship incrementally, learning from early adopters, and maintaining a high bar for security and reliability throughout.
Your Profile
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS business.
- Proven track record of owning platform, infrastructure, or enterprise-readiness products with direct commercial impact, such as identity and access management, platform extensibility, integration ecosystems, demo or sandbox infrastructure, or enterprise administration and compliance capabilities.
- Conceptual fluency in enterprise authentication and provisioning standards, SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, OAuth, RBAC. You don't build them, but you lead credible technical conversations with engineering teams and security-conscious enterprise buyers.
- Demonstrable mastery of outcome-oriented prioritisation, particularly across the tension between long-term platform investment and short-term enterprise deal requirements.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership, with experience aligning Engineering, Security, Sales, Legal, and executive stakeholders around a coherent platform strategy.
- You're comfortable operating in high-complexity, high-stakes technical domains where reliability and security are non-negotiable constraints, not afterthoughts.
There are a few things that are highly beneficial, but not essential, for this role:
- Experience at a company selling to enterprise security teams or IT buyers, where you've navigated procurement security reviews, compliance requirements, or InfoSec audits.
- Hands-on exposure to platform extensibility in practice, API design standards, developer experience, versioning, rate limiting, webhook patterns, or partner ecosystem development.
- Hands-on exposure to demo or sandbox environment management, understanding what it takes to keep demo environments stable, data-fresh, and representative of production across rapid release cycles.
- Familiarity with the identity provider landscape (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra) and how enterprise IT teams integrate SaaS tools into their identity infrastructure.
What we offer
- Work/Life balance: Flexible hours, 33 vacation days
- Wellbeing and financial support: Access to Open Up, corporate discounts
- Connection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet-ups
