About The Role
We are looking for a Vice President of Engineering to become the driving force behind our global technical strategy and execution, leading our transformation to becoming a world-class engineering team. As our engineering executive leader, you will architect the systems, teams, and culture that power our next phase of growth. You will lead a 70+ person technology organization focused on building fast, shipping with quality, and integrating AI into what we build and how we build it. You will be a central figure in keeping us innovative, resilient, and market-leading. - Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Define and drive the engineering strategy that translates our technical vision into market-winning execution.
