Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

• Lead the design and delivery of SoSafe’s Agentic AI Platform, laying the foundation for how AI is built and used across all product teams.
• Translate SoSafe’s AI strategy into concrete, production-ready platform capabilities that enable faster, safer, and more scalable innovation.
• Build and guide a hands-on engineering team, staying deeply involved in architecture, coding, reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Enable multiple product domains to reuse shared AI agents, workflows, and infrastructure instead of building in isolation.
• Establish strong standards around reliability, observability, privacy, and compliance for all AI-powered features.
• Act as a technical and strategic partner to product, data, and security stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.

What makes you a great fit:

• You are a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building platforms and still writes code regularly.
• You have experience designing and scaling shared systems used by multiple teams or products.
• You are comfortable operating in ambiguous, greenfield environments and turning strategy into execution.
• You bring strong architectural thinking and care deeply about quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• You can lead, mentor, and grow engineers while holding a high bar for delivery and ownership.
• Experience with AI systems, data platforms, or complex distributed systems is a strong advantage, but curiosity and learning mindset matter just as much.
