You’ll join our Simulation Group, which is building a powerful closed-loop system to help organizations test, measure, and improve employee awareness of digital threats. As the Staff Product Manager for Simulations, you will lead the most visible part of this ecosystem, creating the scenarios that prepare millions of users for the new reality of cyber-attacks.
Your mission is to prepare global workforces for how real-world attacks actually unfold. In 2026, attacks are faster, deeper, and wider than ever before. You will lead the charge in evolving our simulation engine to match this sophistication, ensuring security decisions are focused on the threats that matter most. You will own the strategy for Attack Realism, moving beyond simple templates to a world of multi-channel, multi-chain simulations powered by open-source intelligence (OSINT). By tightly integrating with our Threat Reporting & Intelligence product, you will create a seamless loop where real-world threat signals directly inform simulation tactics.
Here’s how you’ll make a difference:
- Own the vision and strategy for SoSafe’s Simulation experience, driving the roadmap toward advanced attack realism while balancing product scalability and health.
- Build and scale multi-channel simulations across email, messaging platforms (Teams, Slack), and mobile to reflect modern attack vectors.
- Deliver high-impact features from our 2026 roadmap, including the Simulation Template Editor, OSINT-powered personalization, and multi-chain attack scenarios.
- Drive discovery to understand how users react to AI-based social engineering, using these insights to improve simulation effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Threat Intel teams to ensure our simulations aren’t just "tests," but are active learning loops.
- Define and track KPIs that demonstrate security impact, such as click, interaction and reporting rates.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product analytics.
- Represent Simulations within the leadership team, contributing to the broader strategy of our Adaptive Human Risk Management platform.
What makes you a great fit:
- Proven Seniority: 7+ years in Product Management, with a track record in B2B SaaS, edtech, AI-powered, high growth commercial products.
- Strong product intuition and a proven ability to evolve core products toward deeper product-market fit.
- Complex Problem Solver: Experience scaling products that live within complex ecosystems (integrations, multi-tenant architectures, or regulated environments).
- Strategic and execution powerhouse: Ability to paint a long-term vision for "Attack Realism" while delivering complex features like multi-step scenarios.
- Data-Informed, Not Data-Driven: Use quantitative metrics to validate, but rely on strong product intuition and qualitative discovery to innovate.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, capable of aligning design, engineering, and GTM teams around ambitious roadmap goals.
- Curious, iterative mindset—champion for build-test-learn rapid experimentation, ready to pivot as learning evolves.
- Influencer & Mentor: Act as a force multiplier for the team, raising the bar for discovery, documentation, and product thinking across the Simulation Group.
Bonus Points:
- Behavioral Science Enthusiast: Understanding of "nudging" and how to influence human choice.
- Security Native: Experience with phishing, vishing, or OSINT tools.
- Privacy-First Mindset: Direct experience building products that respect user privacy in a highly regulated market.
What we offer:
- Wellbeing and financial support: Access to Open Up, corporate discounts.
- Connection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet-ups.
- And the list goes on: Tech equipment, referral bonuses, dog-friendly HQ.
