You are energized by entering new or underdeveloped markets, working close to customers and partners, and turning real world signals into clear, actionable recommendations. This role reports to our SVP of Global Sales, and works in close partnership with our CRO, who is based in the UK and deeply involved in this work. You will also collaborate closely with GTM leaders across Marketing and Customer Success, with a number of team members already based in or dedicated to the UK market, ensuring strong local context. You bring a strong understanding of the UKI market and are comfortable operating in ambiguity. Rather than inheriting an established structure, you enjoy shaping direction through hands‑on execution. Your Mission
- Lead a focused commercial discovery phase for the UKI market, with the goal of informing SoSafe’s future investment and go‑to‑market approach.
- Drive market discovery across the UKI region through direct customer, prospect, and partner engagement.
- Validate ICPs, segments, and buying dynamics through live opportunities and commercial conversations.
- Test and refine product positioning and value propositions in‑market.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to understand enablers and constraints.
- Generate and analyse real pipeline, deal, and feedback data.
- Translate insights into a clear, data‑backed ROI and GTM recommendation for senior leadership.
Your Profile
- Senior commercial experience, within B2B SaaS or technology‑led environments.
- Strong sales background, complemented by exposure to marketing, customer success and partner ecosystems.
- Experience working in scaling companies or early‑stage market environments.
- Strong understanding of the UKI market and its commercial dynamics.
- Comfortable operating without established playbooks and navigating ambiguity.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
