Here's how you'll make a difference:
- Lead the design and delivery of SoSafe's Agentic AI Platform, laying the foundation for how AI is built and used across all product teams.
- Translate SoSafe's AI strategy into concrete, production-ready platform capabilities that enable faster, safer, and more scalable innovation.
- Build and guide a hands-on engineering team, staying deeply involved in architecture, coding, reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Enable multiple product domains to reuse shared AI agents, workflows, and infrastructure instead of building in isolation.
- Establish strong standards around reliability, observability, privacy, and compliance for all AI-powered features.
- Act as a technical and strategic partner to product, data, and security stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
