The Role
They are looking for a full time Labourer/Trainee WSP and Leak Detection Engineer to join our team.

Key responsibilities include
- Attend Water Supply Pipe (WSP) and leak detection appointments as directed.
- Assist with leak detection investigations using a variety of specialist methods and equipment.
- Support engineers in identifying leaks in the most effective and cost‑efficient manner.
- Carry out property health checks and assist with assessing water systems.
- Assist with pipe repairs and remedial works where appropriate.
- Work as part of a two‑person team on nationwide WSP projects and investigations.
- Help prepare and submit technical reports and site documentation using company templates.
- Support the quoting and completion of WSP, leak detection, and repair works.
- Communicate professionally with customers, providing clear explanations of work carried out.
- Build positive working relationships with insurers, loss adjusters, claims management companies, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with maintaining and caring for specialist equipment, ensuring it is serviced and calibrated when required.
- Adhere to company health and safety procedures at all times.
- Maintain a professional and organised approach while working on customer sites.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn a specialist trade.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative when required.
