We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Program Manager to join our Product Team in Chiswick West London. You will be required to lead complex, cross‑functional technology programs from conception through delivery. This role ensures successful execution of technical initiatives by coordinating engineering teams, managing interdependencies, removing barriers, and maintaining alignment to strategic product and architectural direction. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical program manager with up to 6+ years of combined experience in software delivery, technical project/program management, engineering leadership, or similar roles and looking to join a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Planning & Execution: Define and manage end‑to‑end program plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps. Coordinate multiple agile teams to deliver integrated platform, product, or architectural outcomes. Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across teams and workstreams. Ensure cross‑team alignment on priorities, scope, and technical direction. Partner with Product Managers to ensure roadmaps reflect realistic delivery commitments.
  • Technical Delivery Governance: Facilitate engineering planning cycles, release readiness, and technical dependency reviews. Ensure consistent application of engineering and security standards across program workstreams. Translate high‑level product and architectural vision into actionable program execution plans. Support system design discussions, clarifying technical assumptions and constraints. Manage integration points across domains including APIs, infrastructure, data, and security.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Provide transparent, data‑driven reporting on program status, delivery health, and risks. Facilitate communications between engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders. Ensure decision‑making forums are effective, documented, and aligned with governance processes. Manage expectations across customer groups, leadership, and partner teams.
  • Continuous Improvement & Agile Leadership: Promote engineering and delivery best practices across teams. Optimize cross‑team workflows, ceremonies, and communication channels. Support teams in improving velocity, predictability, and quality. Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About You

  • 6+ years of combined experience in software delivery, technical project/program management, engineering leadership, or similar roles.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and modern cloud‑native architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale, multi‑team technology programs.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, ADO, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, especially in technical environments.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders or in regulated domains (e.g., health & security).
