We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing & Talent Management Specialist to join our team in Chiswick, West London. The role is responsible for improving our International SOS and employer brand, reinforcing our value proposition for our employees and helping to attract high‑calibre talent. Additionally, the role supports driving Talent Development initiatives and projects across as well as contributing to the Respect & Care agenda.
Key responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and refine social media strategies that maximize visibility, improve employer reputation, and increase applicant flow, while ensuring the optimal use of paid media budgets.
- International Strategic Campaign Development: Design, implement, and manage integrated, multi‑channel recruitment campaigns that leverage cutting‑edge digital marketing practices, including SEO/SEM and personalized candidate outreach.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Produce high‑quality, data‑driven content that resonates with a diverse talent pool, including thought leadership articles, employer branding videos, employee success stories, and role‑specific marketing materials.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance, track key recruitment metrics (conversion rates, cost per hire, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Event & Experience Management: Support the promotion of recruitment events within the International region, both virtual and in‑person, ensuring high visibility and engagement with top talent.
- Supporting H3S International Recruitment Team: Support the creation of hiring manager and candidate engagement surveys, employer branding, internal communications, business updates, and marketing collateral for job boards.
- Internal Employer Branding: Conduct an audit of existing employer branding materials and collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that showcases employee experiences and organisational values.
- Talent Management & Development: Coordinate learning and development activities with vendors and internal clients, maintain and report data via the Learning Management System, and administer the Power BI Talent Dashboard.
- Research TM&D best practices: Provide recommendations on activities to implement, events to attend, etc.
- Support T&D project work: Including the creation of talent guidelines, templates, and communication/promotional materials; development needs surveys; facilitation of workshops.
- Help planning and promoting Respect & Care Committee campaigns: Across Europe and the H3S International region.
About you
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology or related field preferred, however not essential.
- Proven experience in L&D, recruitment marketing and employer branding for global organisations.
- Proficiency in creative design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Play Play, Adobe Express is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Marketing experience with social media platforms, AI tools, engagement analytics, SEO, copywriting, content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
This role requires a marketing professional with expertise in employer branding, digital marketing, and candidate engagement strategies.
