We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Chiswick, West London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Manager with knowledge of access, permissions, logins, and subscriptions. The Product Manager will lead the Core Enablement Capability – a foundational, multi-team area that powers the entire platform. This capability underpins user experience, platform security, and operational efficiency for both our customer and internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Admin Console, Login, Subscriptions, and Permissions.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer (both internal and external) for these core enablement components.
  • Partner with multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant platform capabilities.
  • Prioritise initiatives based on business impact, technical dependencies, and long-term platform scalability.
  • Work with Security and Compliance to ensure all solutions meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Track and improve metrics for adoption, uptime, performance, and user satisfaction across your product areas.
  • Integrate core enablement features seamlessly into the broader platform experience.
  • Ensure consistency in user experience, API design, and operational processes across the capability.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager (preferably in SaaS, platform, or enterprise).
  • Excellent understanding of identity & access management, subscription models, or platform admin tools.
  • Experience with multi-team or platform-level initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to balance competing needs.
  • Technical understanding to work closely with engineering on architecture and design decisions.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
  • Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) or attribute-based access control (ABAC) frameworks.
  • Experience with subscription billing platforms and entitlement management.
  • Background in security, compliance, or regulated industries.
