International SOS is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our expert Medical, Security and Logistics team in Chiswick, London. You will be the first point of contact for individuals and organisations needing assistance worldwide. Your day will typically include:

  • 3 days on / 4 days off shift pattern — enjoy more free time each week
  • Offering supportive, empathetic help to clients, going above and beyond their expectations
  • Coordinating cases by booking appointments, approving medical treatment and handling policy related queries
  • Assessing situations and arranging medical or logistical support across multiple countries
  • Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, security specialists and operations experts
  • Managing information accurately while maintaining high standards of professionalism

To succeed as an Operations Specialist, you will bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office

Starting salary: £29,000 per annum
