About the role
We are looking for an experienced Regional Bid Manager to join our European Bid Management team. This role plays a critical part in driving business growth by leading high‑value, complex bids and tenders across multiple European markets. You will act as a trusted advisor to Sales and commercial stakeholders, managing the full bid lifecycle for strategic opportunities while ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and compelling submissions. Alongside bid delivery, you’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of bid processes and content, helping to elevate bid performance across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex and strategic bids, tenders, RFPs and RFIs across Europe, from qualification through to final submission
- Own the end‑to‑end bid lifecycle, ensuring deadlines, governance, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Product, SMEs and leadership to gather inputs and align expectations
- Shape winning value propositions, key messages, and differentiators aligned to client needs
- Ensure full compliance with client requirements and internal bid/no‑bid and approval processes
- Write, edit, and quality‑check proposals, maintaining consistency with brand tone and messaging
- Manage bid reviews, version control, and final submissions
- Support pre‑ and post‑bid clarifications with clients and internal teams
- Contribute to and maintain a high‑quality bid content library, ensuring content remains accurate, current, and reusable
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across bid management practices
About you
- Experience in bid management, tender management, or a similar role within a multinational environment
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate complex solutions into compelling proposals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a matrix, cross‑border environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Highly proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
