Job Description

Salary : £13.32-£13.42 per hour Location : Crewe, CW1 2EWWorking pattern: Full-time or Part-time About the role As a Home Care Assistant, you'll provide essential support to service users in the Crewe area.

This role is based locally, so you won't need to drive we'll cover your mileage on top of your salary.

You'll make a real difference to people's lives by helping them remain independent, engaged, and active in their communities.

You'll provide personal care and support with activities of daily living, prepare meals, support medication management, and help service users access community activities.

Most importantly, you'll build meaningful relationships that enhance their quality of life.

What we're looking for We're seeking people with or without care experience who are passionate about supporting others.

You'll be reliable, flexible, and committed to providing excellent service.

We'll give you full training when you start and ongoing support to develop your skills.

What we offer Competitive rates of pay from £13.32-£13.42 per hour, with weekend enhancements.

You'll receive paid induction training and have access to flexible working patterns and contracted hours.
