About the role
As a Home Care Assistant, you'll provide essential support to service users in the Morecambe area. You'll be based locally and won't need to drive — we'll provide mileage allowance on top of your salary (30p per mile, plus support to claim an additional 15p per mile from HMRC). You'll make a real difference to people's lives by helping them remain independent, engaged, and active in their communities.
You'll provide personal care and support with activities of daily living, prepare meals, support medication management, and help service users access community activities. We deliver person-centred care focused on building meaningful relationships that enhance quality of life.

We're seeking enthusiastic, committed individuals, both male and female, with or without care experience who want to support others. You'll work flexibly and be dedicated to delivering excellent service. We'll provide full training when you start and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
