Salary: £13.14-£13.24 per hour Location: St Helens, WA10 2BL Working pattern: Full-time or Part-time About the role As a Home Care Assistant, you'll provide essential support to service users across St Helens and surrounding areas. You'll be based locally and won't need to drive — we'll cover your mileage on top of your salary depending on your calls. You'll make a real difference to people's lives by helping them remain independent, engaged, and active in their communities. You'll provide personal care and support with activities of daily living, prepare meals, support medication management, and help service users access community activities. We deliver person-centred care focused on building meaningful relationships that enhance quality of life. What we're looking for We're seeking enthusiastic, committed individuals with or without care experience who want to support others. You'll work flexibly and be dedicated to delivering excellent service. We'll provide full training when you start and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and knowledge. What we offer Competitive rates of pay from £13.14-£13.24 per hour. You'll have access to flexible working patterns and contracted hours, paid induction training, and a Workplace Pension Scheme. We support your development with extensive training, including support for NVQ/QCF qualifications, and we offer genuine career progression opportunities. We also provide a £200 Refer a Friend bonus for successful referrals and mileage allowance on top of your salary.
