Photocopier Engineer – Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
- Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
- Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
- Providing an exceptional customer service
Photocopier Engineer – Essential Experience
- It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
- Good IT / Networking skills
- Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
- Great time management and ability to work under pressure
Photocopier Engineer – Desirable Experience
- Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines; Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Lexmark, Epson.
- Experience on IT solutions (Papercut or similar)
