Sorted Logistics is on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Waterloo Road site on a 12-month Fixed Term assignment. You’ll be at the heart of our Customer Success function, ensuring every interaction delivers excellence.

About the Role

As a Customer Service champion, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers – managing emails, answering calls, and partnering with warehouse and transport teams tokeep orders and deliveries running like clockwork.

What your day will involve:

• Handling incomingcustomer calls and emails with professionalism and a smile
• Guiding customers onhow to use our Portal for seamless self-service
• Quickly resolvingtransport and courier enquiries to keep things moving
• Building strong,positive relationships with customers and suppliers to solve issues efficiently

Your skills and attributes will demonstrate:

• Proven experience incustomer service or office administration with top-notch phone and email skills
• Comfortable workingwith Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Adaptable and eagerto learn new systems and processes
• Highly organizedwith an eye for detail and the ability to multitask
• Strong communicatorwho builds lasting relationships internally and externally
• Excellentproblem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude
