We’re looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Driver to join our Transport team in Christchurch. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery of products to our supply chain partners and customers. You’ll represent Sorted professionally on the road and help us maintain our reputation for exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
- Operate company vehicles safely and legally at all times
- Complete daily pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle condition
- Plan routes and deliver orders on time
- Ensure loads are secure and compliant with legal requirements
- Accurately complete all paperwork, including logbooks and proof of delivery
- Promote health and safety practices and report hazards promptly
- Maintain valid licenses and certifications
- Contribute to a clean, secure, and professional work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Licenses: Minimum Class 2 with F Endorsement and OSH Certification (Class 4 or 5 preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role within the supply chain industry
- Strong knowledge of road transport rules and safety regulations
- Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and commitment to safety
- Physically capable of lifting up to 16kg and carrying for short distances
