The Role
This role will see you looking after a rising customer portfolio predominantly within our international team, while also supporting our coastal team with operations. It’s an operational role as the primary point of contact for customers. You will need strong administration skills to coordinate bookings with carriers and other service providers, comply with NZ Customs and MPI regulations, complete accurate documentation, compile brokerage jobs, provide logistics advice to customers, and maintain exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong computer literacy (Cargowise experience is a bonus!)
- Solid understanding of INCO terms
- Familiarity with NZ Customs and MPI regulations
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A collaborative team player attitude
- A genuine customer‑first approach
