We are looking for an experienced Private PA to provide effective support for a high profile Principal from the entertainment industry, ensuring the smooth running of their personal life, home and day to day needs.

Candidates must be confident to step straight into the role and pick up all standard PA responsibilities to a high level, being super organised and highly efficient and able to assist with all aspects of their busy life.

The role is predominantly based from the principal's home or remotely so you must be a self-starter, able to confidentially work on your own with the ability to prioritise and forward plan with ease, having excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Entertainment experience and an interest/knowledge of the industry is desirable, as is previous experience supporting talent - preferably on set.

You will work with the principal's management and wider team to ensure the smooth running of their time and oversee all household responsibilities.

Hours: Full time with out of hours support when required

Location: London

Salary: £40k-50k dependent on experience

Start Date: ASAP

Driver: Preferable but not essential

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with the Principal and team on personal Diary/Travel schedules ensuring alignment with professional commitments
  • Managing general household and personal administration
  • Overseeing property renovation, liaising with builders, contractors and service providers
  • Financial administration including expenses, banking, paying bills, renewing insurance policies etc
  • Acting as gatekeeper at all times, managing correspondence, invitations and requests
  • On set support if required
  • Liaising with all professional contacts; Agents/Management, PR Team, Stylists, Accountants, Lawyers/Solicitors etc with complete confidentiality
  • Ad hoc errand running, gifting and shopping

Candidates must be/have:

  • Experience in a similar role supporting talent
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • First class Time Management
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise ever-changing/last minute schedules
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated
  • Flexible with hours and able to cope with last minute change of plans and conflicting demands
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong numerical and IT skills
  • Confidential, trustworthy and discreet at all times
