We are currently working on several Day to Day Artist Manager roles, supporting both emerging and high-profile music artists across busy and fast-paced environments. These are fantastic opportunities for experienced Day to Day Managers to take ownership of management and administrative responsibilities across dynamic rosters and individual talent.

We are open to candidates across varying levels of experience, provided you have demonstrable Day to Day management experience within the music industry and are highly organised, proactive and confident operating in a fast-moving environment.

Hours: Full time with out of hours support when required

Location: London with travel

Salary: Dependent on experience

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the artist’s daily operations and career coordination
  • Overseeing complex schedules and bookings
  • Coordinating with labels, agents, promoters and PR teams
  • Managing contracts, payments and key documentation
  • Supporting marketing and release plans
  • Resolving day-to-day issues and logistics
  • Ensuring all moving parts run seamlessly so the artist can focus on creating and performing

Requirements:

  • Have experience in a similar Day to Day role supporting high-profile talent
  • Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable
  • Have a strong understanding of and genuine enthusiasm for the music industry
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Operate with absolute discretion and professionalism at all times
