This role is ideal for a skilled professionalready to take ownership of their caseload while mentoring junior team members.

Role Overview:

As a Conveyancing CaseHandler, you will manage your own caseload of freehold and registered sale andpurchase transactions, ensuring matters are handled promptly and in line withservice-level agreements (SLAs). You will also supervise and guide ConveyancingAssistants, ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards throughout theconveyancing process.

Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload, ensuring timelyand efficient handling of transactions.
• Supervise Conveyancing Assistants,reviewing sales files, and signing off contracts, exchanges, andcompletions.
• Handle key stages of purchasetransactions, including title approval, raising and resolving enquiries,and reporting to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatoryrequirements and SLA commitments.
• Conduct regular file reviews to ensurecases are progressing appropriately.
• Act as the first point of contact forclient and introducer complaints, resolving concerns promptly.

Skills andExperience Required:

• A minimum of two years’ experiencehandling your own caseload of freehold and registered sale and purchasetransactions.
• Experience with leasehold, transfer ofequity, and transactions involving existing mortgages (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of conveyancingregulations, including the CLC Code of Conduct, money laundering, and dataprotection laws.
• Excellent attention to detail,organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
• Strong IT skills and experience with casemanagement systems.
• A collaborative team player with anassertive, calm, and professional approach.
