As our company grows and the scale of our operations expands, we are looking to hire a Business Development Representative (BDE) who will work within our EMEA Sales Team to identify and qualify potential buyers of Soroco. This is an opportunity to work at the leading edge of AI technology applied to operational efficiency and effectiveness within some of the largest and most influential companies in the world.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and execute direct sales campaigns to agreed target organizations/buyers in EMEA
  • Build and execute partner sales campaigns to agreed target organizations/buyers in EMEA
  • Qualify outbound and inbound enquiries to SQL stage to meet pipeline generation target
  • Work with Soroco business partners to help them sell and scale Soroco deployments with their clients
  • Work with Soroco Marketing on driving event attendance

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

  • 3 to 4 years’ experience in a SDR/BDR/Inside Sales position
  • Experience of selling a B2B SaaS solution
  • Demonstrable history of success and target achievement
  • Good understanding of business process intelligence market (BPM, Process Mining, Task Mining, etc.)
  • Good business acumen across a wide range of industries
  • Excellent presentation and content structuring skills
  • Ability to work well in a highly dynamic team environment
  • Experience working with Enterprise clients through partners and channel relationships

Experience and skills

  • Motivated and self-managing
  • Team-player, personable and energetic
  • Strong track record in engaging with senior stakeholders and sales professionals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can interact with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong MS Office skills, experience with sales platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, Lusha, or similar is advantageous
  • Ability to work in central London 1-2 days per week
  • European language proficiency is not necessary, but advantageous
