Role Overview:

Job Title: Ruby on Rails Engineer

Location: London – Hybrid (4 days in the office)

Salary: Up to £70k basic

As a Ruby Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the team by contributing hands-on to product development while also guiding and mentoring junior developers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid technical leadership position, balancing their time between coding and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
