We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales performance across a collection of our bespoke premium developments and play an important role in the continued success of ShanlyHomes.

You’ll have the autonomy to make recommendations, the visibility to contribute to key business decisions and the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work.

Whatyou'llbe doing

As Senior Sales Manager, you'll report to the Sales & Marketing Director and take responsibility for leading sales performance across multiple developments. Key areas of focus will include:

  • Sales leadership: provide day-to-day support andcoaching tothe Sales Manager, Sales Administrator and site Sales Consultants, creating a high-performing and customer-focused sales team
  • Sales performance: take responsibility for achieving reservation,exchangeand completion targets across your developments,monitoringperformance and implementing actions to drive results
  • Pricing and market intelligence: conduct market research, competitor analysis and pricing reviews, making recommendations that support the commercial success of developments
  • Development launches: play a key role in the planning and execution of new development launches, including pricing, release strategies, marketpositioningand sales readiness
  • Sales progression: oversee the customer journey from reservation through to completion, ensuring excellent communication,timelyexchangesand a consistently high standard of service
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with colleagues across Land, Commercial, Construction, Customer Care and Marketing to align businessobjectivesand support successful project delivery
  • Compliance and quality: ensure adherence to the New Homes Quality Code, salesprocessesand all relevant regulatory requirements across all developments

  • Significant experiencein a senior sales management role within new homes or a residential housebuilder
  • A proventrack recordof delivering strong sales performance across multiple developments
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent commercial awareness and a strong understanding of pricing strategies,incentivesand market dynamicsExperience of leading development launches and driving successful sales campaigns
  • A thorough understanding of the New Homes Quality Code and associated regulations
  • Exceptional communication,negotiationand relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive, analytical approach with the confidence to challenge, influence and contribute to business decisions
