We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Charter Place, our upcoming development in Beaconsfield. Charter Place is a collection of one and two-bedroom apartments in Beaconsfield New Town, thoughtfully designed by our in-house team to reflect the quality and attention to detail associated with Shanly Homes developments. The development is due to launch in summer 2026 and offers a long-term sales opportunity from initial release through to final handover.
This role will suit an experienced site Sales Consultant who enjoys full responsibility for the end-to-end sales process on a live development, from first enquiry through to legal completion and handover.
About you
- Proven experience in new homes sales, either managing your own development or working as part of a high-performing site-based sales team.
- Ability to work weekends on a rota basis, with time off in lieu during the week.
- Proactive and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience at every stage of the journey.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Understanding of the New Homes Quality Code is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
What you’ll be doing
- Conducting customer viewings and home demonstrations, ensuring the sales office and show homes are consistently maintained to a high standard.
- Guiding customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry through to reservation, legal completion and handover.
- Managing customer relationships throughout the buying process to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
- Recording all customer interactions accurately using our CRM system, Contact Builder.
- Providing feedback and insights to support marketing activity, improve lead quality and increase customer engagement.
- Monitoring local market activity and comparable developments, reporting on trends to support pricing and sales strategy.
