Shanly Homes is seeking a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join its Beaconsfield team. You will procure and manage subcontractor packages across premium residential developments, ensuring commercial viability and strong cost control throughout procurement, cost reporting and final accounts.
You'll work closely with the Commercial and Construction teams, reviewing quotations, preparing contract documentation, and maintaining robust relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
