Soraya Restaurant, part of Pachamama Group, opens mid July 2026 in London. As Bar Supervisor you will lead the bar team, manage day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional standards across service, stock control and wine service.
You will be the key operational link between the bar, the Restaurant Manager and the Bars & Beverages team, handling ordering, stock counts, MarketMan administration and staff development.
