Your Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and leading the team
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes and presentation standards
- Oversee food preparation and service to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to build a strong team
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Head Chef to ensure service continuity
- Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement of kitchen performance
