Soraya’s menu is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship, designed to delight and encourage communal feasting. Signature dishes such as Mast O Khair, Lamb Koobideh, Chicken Joujeh, and Ghaymeh Bedemjan highlight traditional Persian recipes, while innovative plates showcase the team’s genius.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team to deliver high service standards
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff
- Conduct pre-service briefings and provide continuous coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure smooth day-to-day service by coordinating with kitchen and bar teams
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle complaints professionally
- Maintain strong menu knowledge to support service quality and team guidance
- Monitor guest satisfaction and drive upselling opportunities
- Support the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, staffing, and operational needs
- Ensure compliance with service standards, policies, and health & safety regulations
- Step in during busy periods to assist the team and maintain service flow
