Soraya Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a long-established manufacturing company based in Nuneaton (CV11). We are looking for an experienced CNC Mazak Setter/Programmer who can confidently programme, set and operate Mazak CNC machinery. This is a hands-on role within a busy workshop manufacturing wacker plates and components used within the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a traditional manufacturing environment and wants a long-term opportunity with a stable employer.

The Role

  • Programming Mazak CNC machines.
  • Setting machines for production runs.
  • Operating Mazak machinery to manufacture components.
  • Adjusting programmes and machine settings to maintain production quality.
  • Changing tooling and making offsets where required.
  • Carrying out routine machine checks.
  • Working closely with the production team to ensure production targets are met.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience programming and setting Mazak CNC machines is essential.
  • Ability to programme directly at the machine.
  • Experience making tooling changes and machine adjustments.
