We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Customer Care Plumber to join their team, carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance in customers’ homes across the Oxford area.
About the Role:
Our client is looking for a reliable and professional plumber to carry out a range of domestic plumbing works, including tap replacements, repairs and general maintenance. You will be working directly in customers’ homes, so excellent customer service, communication and professional standards are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out tap replacements and general plumbing repairs
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues
- Work safely and professionally in customers’ homes
